Long-line Heating
Fusion Energy heaters are designed with a 10” bypass line, making them perfect for long-line operations.
We can handle flows from 2³/minute to 15³/minute.
Our units are compact and easy to tie inline.
These are the go-to units for all long-line operations as a flow through system with no pump to break down.
All Fusion units can burn either propane or natural gas, allowing options for tight access.
Water Storage Heating
Fusion Energy heaters have 4” suction and discharge connections on the 40MM BTU and 6” suction as well as discharge on the 60MM BTU that are perfect for heating ponds, c-rings, minions, or any other storage tanks. We are also able to still remain tied into the 10” by-pass and switch back and forth from long-line operations to water storage heating if necessary.
Designed for high rates
These units are designed for high rates, which is key to heating large water storage systems evenly and efficiently.
Produced Water Heating
Fusion Energy heaters have made modifications to handle the sometimes corrosive produced water, ensuring all safety precautions have been taken to eliminate the possibility of wear and tear on our units causing potential spills. We are currently working on new technology to make this even better, so keep following us for updates on this.
Power Generation & Light Towers
Fusion Energy runs top-of-the-line Shindaiwa (Quiet) 20kw generation packages, including LED light mass, to make sure our work site is well lit. By running generators instead of your standard light towers, we can ensure that we get clean power for our heaters and no interruption in the heating services in the cold winters we work in.
PRS units or office trailers
These units allow us to run additional equipment like PRS units or office trailers, reducing the cost and carbon footprint of any additional light towers that are required. We also run electric forced air heaters off the generators, giving us freeze prevention tools for hydrating gas lines or cold-air compressors, standard on each package we provide.
